BASIC TRAINING PACKAGE
For athletes who want a training plan to follow, community, camaraderie, support and accountability, we offer a basic training package which includes:
- A marathon or half marathon training plan custom built by one of Empire Tri Club’s coaches (including suggested bike, run, yoga, and cross-training workouts for non-run days)
- Access to a private Virtual Marathon / Half Marathon GroupSpot chat group for participants and coaches to meet in a virtual space to share training stories and questions, organize virtual and in-person meet ups, etc.
- Weekly training tips & motivation communicated in a live weekly chat and in Training Peaks
- Weekly LIVE Coaches Corner via Zoom with Empire Tri Club coaches to discuss the week’s training program.
- Weekly strength training class via Zoom and access to a library of over 15 previously recorded strength training workouts, yoga and stretch classes lead by Empire Tri Club coaches.
- Virtual team runs every Saturday for program participants to “run together” – whether in person or virtually.
- Opportunity to participate in a Virtual Marathon or Half Marathon with other runners and earn a Virtual Finisher Badge!
