- Custom, detailed training program designed specifically to help you reach your goals. (bi-monthly adjustments made to account for your life, travel and work logistics)
- Personal Training Peaks account (Receive detailed workouts in your personal calendar PLUS utilize the 2-way communication portal with your coach)
- Training Zone Assessment (complete benchmark tests to establish training zones and track progress throughout the course of your program. Discuss individual test results with your coach to tweak zones and intensities as you improve)
- Access to Empire’s Google Drive with a library of Functional Strength Training workouts, articles and blogs.
Communication & Support:
- Weekly email support (communicate directly with your coach once a week)
- Monthly phone support (discuss individual progress, get personal feedback, and look ahead to upcoming training and events so that your coach can make necessary modifications to your plan)
- Pre-race consultation (Talk with your coach about your race strategy, nutrition plan, etc.)
- Post-Race Consultation (Recap your race experience, come up with a recovery plan and future training and racing strategy)
