Train for your first triathlon!

New to triathlon? Fear not! Our beginner program will prepare you for a triathlon in just 12 weeks. Complete with coached workouts, clinics and race day support, you’ll cross the finish line ready for more!  Whether your goal is to lose weight, get healthier and more fit, or meet some new friends, our Beginner Program will give you the tools and confidence you need to train effectively and complete your first race.

About our Beginner Program

Our Beginner Tri Program has helped hundreds of athletes complete their first race and get hooked on the sport of triathlon.  Our Coaches will give you the tools you need to learn everything you need to know to tackle your first triathlon.  It’s amazing how much your life can change in just 12 weeks.
