Marathon & Half Marathon Premier Training Package


Train for a fall race with a little extra support!  This program includes everything we offer in our basic training package, PLUS one-on-one support and customization from a certified, experienced coach!  Scroll down for details about what’s included!

If you would like some more hands on coaching, we offer a premiere training plan that includes:

  • Weekly 1-on-1 conversations with a coach to discuss your training.
  • Benchmark testing to help you set up your pacing and training zones
  • Weekly modifications to your training program to coincide with your schedule and available hours to train
  • Post-race analysis with your coach

PLUS everything included in our basic package:

  • A marathon or half marathon training plan custom built by one of Empire Tri Club’s coaches (including suggested bike, run, yoga, and cross-training workouts for non-run days)
  • Access to a private Virtual Marathon / Half Marathon GroupSpot chat group for participants and coaches to meet in a virtual space to share training stories and questions, organize virtual and in-person meet ups, etc.
  • Weekly training tips & motivation communicated in a live weekly chat and in Training Peaks
  • Weekly LIVE Coaches Corner via Zoom with Empire Tri Club coaches to discuss the week’s training program.
  • Weekly strength training class via Zoom and access to a library of over 15 previously recorded strength training workouts, yoga and stretch classes lead by Empire Tri Club coaches.
  • Virtual team runs every Saturday for program participants to “run together” – whether in person or virtually.
