Our 2016 Winter Training Series is brought to you by Finish Line Physical Therapy, a private, out patient clinic that utilizes a personal, functional approach to rehab, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. Finish Line PT is the go-to therapy and injury prevention resource for Empire Tri Club athletes.

What: 12-week strength series

About: This class is designed to help you improve both strength and cardiovascular fitness. This state of the art facility has all the tools to whip you into serious shape, including treadmills, kettlebells, TRX, medicine balls, BOSU Trainers, and more. Your coach will carefully design a program with varied workouts each week to keep you motivated and constantly using different muscles. Finish Line PT staff will host post-workout stretch sessions to keep you limber, healthy and injury free!
*Drop-In Policy – If you’d like to drop in, please show up 10-15 minutes early to fill out a guest waiver and pay at the door.

What: United Airlines NYC Half Marathon Program – Starts January 5th
– Tuesday & Thursday night Group Runs every week – 7:00pm in Central Park*
– 3 long weekend training runs (1 per month)*

Athletes will also have access to team newsletters, and the google group communication forum
*Weekday workouts meet at the New York Running Company by Jackrabbit at Columbus Circle at 6:45pm. Workouts begin at 7pm sharp. Tuesday & Thursday night runs will take place in Central Park. Tuesdays will typically be a steady pace run, and Thursdays will typically involve speed / interval work. Dates and routes for weekend runs TBD.
