2 Virtual Swim Lessons

We recognize that swimming is many peoples limiter in triathlon.  And due to COVID19, many swim facilities are still closed or have tight regulations on how many people are allowed on deck. Unfortunately, these restrictions often prohibit our coaches from working with you in-person,  leaving many swimmers without much needed instruction to help you prepare for your upcoming races.

Fear not!  Empire Tri Club has started offering virtual swim lessons!  This is how it works:

1. Record yourself swimming, preferably from a few different angles.  (A cell phone will do! – you do not need a fancy camera!)
2. Send your videos to one of our certified, experienced coaches to review.
3. Schedule a zoom call with a coach to analyze your videos with you in depth.  We will answer questions, provide a comprehensive analysis and give you drills and things to work on before your next lesson to help you become a more efficient swimmer.
