Thank you for participating in the 2022 Empire Tri Club Beginner Program!  It’s been an incredible 12 weeks and we hope you’ve gotten a glimpse of how exhilarating and addicting the sport of triathlon can be – especially when you have an incredibly fun, supportive group of teammates & coaches!  Now that the program is complete, we would love for you to continue training and racing with the team.
