Team Race: South Beach Triathlon

Classic Distance: .5-mile Swim, 20.7-mile Bike, 4-mile Run
International Distance: 1500m Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run


*Program Schedule: 

  • Meet the team info session – 1/22, 7pm at Finish Line PT
  • Thursday night run (weekly) – 7pm at Columbus Circle (every week for duration of program)
  • 4 swim classes: 2/11, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11 – St Barts Pool, 51st & Park Ave, Mondays 8:30-9:30pm
  • 2 indoor cycling classes – 2/2 & 2/9 at Tailwind Endurance (UWS), 1pm
  • Team shopping night @ Jackrabbit Sports (Columbus Circle), 1/31
  • 2 full weeks of outdoor workoust: 4/1- 4/14 (includes a Monday night bike ride, Tuesday night strength + run, Thursday night run) all at 7pm / Columbus Circle
  • Monthly Team Socials – 1/17 (Rumors: 55th & 8th Ave), 2/7 (TBD), 3/14 (TBD)
  • Post race party – 4/18 (TBD)

Weekly group runs will be held on Thursday nights at 7pm in Central Park.  Meet indoors at 6:45pm at the New York Running Company in the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle.  Discounts available on additional indoor winter training programs including swim & yoga.  Schedule subject to change. Additional events may be added throughout the program. 

**This program is specifically tailored to preparing you for the Classic or International distance race. Race entry not included – however a discount is available to program participants. It is not required that you participate in the race at the end of the program.
