Winter Programs

In triathlon, there is no off season.  However, it’s important to note that each season has a specific focus. Our winter training plan is intended to help you build a strong foundation, or base, to set you up for a successful race season ahead.

Our 12-week winter training programs (Jan 1- March 23), lead perfectly into our spring season (which kicks off April 1st), as well as our new NEW Musselman 70.3 program and Beginner Tri Program.

Purchase the annual club membership or 2025 winter membership for full access to all winter programs AND team app

Purchase a la carte:
Sign up for programs a la carte if you just want to participate in the cycling, strength, swim or run program independently
