What are the team accommodations?
The team house is located on Sengenkontacket Pond in the town of Oak Bluffs (about 3 miles from town center).  The house accommodates up to 19 people (4 bedrooms, 2 day-beds and a very spacious bunk room).  All athletes staying at the house will have a bed.  If you are willing to bunk with someone and share a bed, please let us know!  It will help us out a lot and enable more athletes to attend!  If you wish to stay at your own accommodation instead of the team house, we will reduce the camp price by $150.

What if I have special dietary requests?
Please let us know of your dietary restrictions and we will ensure that there are options to meet your needs (including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc.)  It is an island and every product/brand may not be available, so if there are specific food items that you wish to have that may not be available, we encourage you to bring them.

Can I get a discount if I only stay for part of the camp?
Athletes are invited to arrive anytime starting Thursday morning and depart anytime up to Monday night.  No discounts are given if you wish to arrive late or leave early.

Do you offer any discounts?
This camp is priced extremely reasonable for club members.  We do not offer discounts, however, we do offer tiered pricing.  If you’re on a budget you can choose one of our lower priced sleeping options, or you may choose to upgrade your room for an exclusive suite.

Are there any additional costs that are not included in the price?
The price includes all your training, lodging, food, non-alcoholic drinks, nutrition, access to equipment for leisure activities, SAG support, and boat / kayak swim support.  We will also provide transportation to and from the airport or ferry terminal when you arrive & depart.   The trip does not include transportation to and from the ferry terminal, parking, airfare, souvenirs, race entry fee and any additional food or meals that you eat out.
Can I get a refund?
There is a $50 cancellation fee if you sign up and request a refund.  No refunds will be given after May 15th.

Can I rent equipment up there?
If you don’t want to bring your bike, you may contact the Edgartown Bike Shop about renting one.  I don’t believe they rent other equipment (such as wetsuits) but you are welcome to inquire.
Is a wetsuit required?
No, but strongly recommended as it’s early in the season and the water may be cool.

What if it rains?
The camp will go on rain or shine.  We will offer modified activities in the event of inclimate weather, but try and be outside as much as possible.
