5 day, 4 night stay in a beautiful waterfront home 3 miles from town
Transportation to and from the airport or ferry terminal
Team meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and workout nutrition throughout your stay
5 days of training & organized group activities (2-3 workouts per day) including:
– open water swimming in a large, clear lake 100m from the house
– scenic bike rides along beautiful farms, beaches and quaint New England towns
– runs on traffic-free bike paths & running trails
– coached brick workout / transition clinic (including time saving tips for beginner – elite athletes)
Unlimited access to recreational equipment including paddle boards, kayaks, cruiser bikes, ping pong, corn hole, bocce ball, horseshoes, TRX, and more.
*Distances shown below are geared towards our long distance athletes training for IRONMAN. Alternative, shorter options will be available as well.

*There is limited capacity in the team house. The house includes a bunk room (6 beds), loft (2 beds), and 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each). There is a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 30 days.
If you wish to stay at your own accommodations, we will reduce the camp price by $150. We will accommodate any athlete with special dietary needs upon request. (vegetarian, gluten free, etc.). Itinerary subject to change. Distances vary based on ability and interest of attendees. Athletes will have the opportunity to get in as much or as little training as desired.
