Please join us at Empire Tri Club’s 9th Annal Triathlon Training Camp on Martha’s Vineyard

Empire Tri Club invites you to attend our 5 day, 4 night triathlon training camp on the beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard, (Thursday, Aug. 29th – Monday, Sept. 2nd).  This incredible weekend includes 5 days packed with organized group training including open water swimming, scenic bike rides & runs, brick workouts, strength training and more.

Whether you’re training for a specific race, or just looking to workout and relax in the company of friends, the camp offers something for everybody. Athletes will have the opportunity to get in as much or as little training as desired.  For our long distance athletes training for an IRONMAN, we will offer high-volume training options to give you the confidence boost you’ll need to conquer your upcoming race.  The weekend will include supported swim, bike and run workouts, educational talks, stretch and recovery sessions and more.

In addition to training, the camp offers team-bonding, leisure activities and group meals.  The camp includes ALL your lodging, food, training sessions, and leisure activities.  We will also provide you with all the guidance you need if you plan to do something outside of the group’s planned activities such as sailing, shopping, or just relaxing on the beach!

Athletes will have the opportunity to demo ROKA goggles, and receive a goodie bag stocked with UCAN and CLIF BAR nutrition!

Trip includes:

5 day, 4 night stay in a beautiful waterfront home 3 miles from town
Transportation to and from the airport or ferry terminal
Team meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and workout nutrition throughout your stay
5 days of training & organized group activities (2-3 workouts per day) including:
    – open water swimming in a large, clear lake 100m from the house
    – scenic bike rides along beautiful farms, beaches and quaint New England towns
    – runs on traffic-free bike paths & running trails
    – coached brick workout / transition clinic (including time saving tips for beginner – elite athletes)
Unlimited access to recreational equipment including paddle boards, kayaks, cruiser bikes, ping pong, corn hole, bocce ball, horseshoes, TRX, and more.

*There is limited capacity in the team house.  The house includes a bunk room (6 beds), loft (2 beds), and 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each).   There is a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 30 days. 
If you wish to stay at your own accommodations, we will reduce the camp price by $150.  We will accommodate any athlete with special dietary needs upon request.  (vegetarian, gluten free, etc.).  Itinerary subject to change.  Distances vary based on ability and interest of attendees.  Athletes will have the opportunity to get in as much or as little training as desired.
