2025 Small Group Instructional Swim Programs

Everyone has a weakness. And no one really likes doing things they’re not good at. However, the only way to improve is to give a little extra attention to your weakness. For MANY athletes, swimming is their biggest limiter. So why not spend a few weeks working with a coach and making pool time a priority?!  This is the time to learn the fundamentals of swimming, including stroke mechanics, technique, form, and other valuable skills that will set you up for a phenomenal season!  Due to the small class size, individuals will receive a lot of personalized instruction.

Has trouble with breathing, treading water or submerging the head. Has not had much (or any) formal swim instruction.  May have done a few sprint triathlons or short swim races, but is intimidated about swimming longer. This class will be geared towards beginners and focus mostly on technique and stroke efficiency.  NOTE: You must know how to swim at least 25m to participate in this class. You don’t need to have great form, but you must know how to swim.

Intermediate (Level 2):  Can swim continuous freestyle for at least 100 meters. Can tread water and submerge comfortably. May not have great stroke or technique, but can swim continuously for 30 min. May or may not have had previous instruction. This class will include a mix of drills and continuous swimming, including a lot of personalized instruction and stroke technique.  This class is designed for athletes who are a bit more comfortable in the water, but seeking instruction to help build a strong foundation for the season.

*We need a minimum of 6 swimmers per class to run the program. Class is capped at 10 swimmers. If we do not have enough swimmers to run the program, you will be issued a refund and notified of alternative swim options that may be a different price or location.
