Empire Tri Club is offering a 70.3 Program, building up to the Ironman 70.3 Eagleman triathlon in Cambridge, MD on June 14th. Program begins Jan 5th and runs for 23-weeks.

Focus
Sport specific training, outdoor workouts including coach-led group training sessions.
Ideal Athlete
Athletes who have a strong athletic base & triathlon experience going into the program.
Base Level Fitness
We recommend being able to swim 600m, bike 12 miles and run 3.1 miles at the start of the program.

Workout details are included in Training Peaks. Group workouts last about 1 hour and include a warm up, main set and cool down. Workouts include a lesson, group discussion and structured workout including hills, speed, tempo, drills, hills and benchmark tests. Pace groups are formed and all abilities are welcome. Athletes are encouraged to coordinate meet-ups outside of coach-led sessions using our team app for all posted sessions.
