Lake Placid, NY
RTA is a multisport club and coaching business based in nearby Bergen County, NJ. Since 2010, RTA has hosted 40+ training camps in Lake Placid.
Enjoy daily swim, bike, and run sessions led by expert coaches, with SAG support on long rides and runs. The weekend includes breakfast and hot lunch, evening workshops, course strategy for IRONMAN Lake Placid, and access to sponsor-provided training fuel and recovery tools like NormaTec and Hyperice devices.
