Florida Swim Camp

Escape the frigid New York winter and dive into an immersive 3-day swim camp in warm, sunny Florida. This intensive experience includes 10–12 hours of expert instruction across pool sessions, open water swims, and classroom learning, all designed to elevate your technique, confidence, and performance in the water.

Train at the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Aquatics Center, then take your skills into the crystal-clear ocean waters of Fort Lauderdale Beach, just across the street from the pool and host hotel. Whether you’re gearing up for an upcoming triathlon or simply looking to become a stronger, more comfortable swimmer, this camp delivers hands-on coaching in both pool and ocean environments.

Athletes receive highly personalized instruction, with individual feedback, targeted drills, and underwater video analysis from multiple angles. You won’t just feel the difference—you’ll see it. Each participant goes home with personal swim recordings (above and underwater) along with customized drill recommendations, so your progress continues long after you return home.
