Empire Tri Club has partnered with Team New York Aquatics, New York City's LGBTQ+ inclusive masters swimming, water polo, and artistic swimming team. TNYA offers practices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx, as well as meets, socials, and special events throughout the year!  Empire Tri Club members can participate at a significantly reduced rate, for fun, motivating and varied workouts year-round!  Sessions are available for all levels—choose from Rainbow Swim, Low Pressure Zone, High Intensity Zone, or Multisport Mornings.
