$100 Annual Fee waived + discounts on 5-class, 10-class and monthly unlimited swim memberships for Empire Tri Club members.

Swimmers cover an average of 1,500 – 3,000 meters per session, typically lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
Lane Assignments
Athletes are grouped by pace, ranging from ~1:00/100m to ~2:30/100m, so you’ll swim with peers of similar ability.
Stroke Focus
Most sets emphasize freestyle, but all four strokes (free, fly, back, breast) may be included—though not required.
Built for All Levels
Newer swimmers can take rest breaks or leave early while building up endurance for the full workout.
