Build Confidence in the Water
Many people find swimming the hardest part of a triathlon — and that’s okay! This program will help you feel more comfortable, confident, and relaxed in the pool. With friendly coaching and clear feedback, you’ll learn step by step.
Learn the Basics and Improve Your Skills
Over 4 weeks, you’ll work on your swimming technique, body position, and breathing. You’ll practice easy drills and short swims to help you move more smoothly and efficiently in the water. Great for beginners or anyone who wants to get better at swimming.
Small, Supportive Classes
Each class has a maximum of 10 swimmers, so you’ll get lots of personal attention and guidance from our experienced coaches.

This class is designed for beginner swimmers to develop foundational swim skills and build confidence in the water.
Ideal Athlete
Recreational swimmers and aspiring triathletes seeking to build the swim skills and confidence needed to compete successfully.
Skill Level
Beginners — ideal for athletes who can swim at least 100m but struggle to swim continuously or who tire and become breathless easily.
