Coach Harry Neuhaus began his running journey in January 2010, initially training for a 5-mile race. After completing it, he quickly set his sights on a half marathon, and soon after, his first marathon—the New York City Marathon—where he ran with Team for Kids and finished in 3:52. Following that experience, he was invited to join the inaugural Team for Kids Mentor class and continued mentoring for several seasons. He also served as a pacer for NYRR Half Marathons and remains actively involved with NYRR today as a Group Training Coach (Level 1 and Level 3).

Over the years, he has lost more than 50 pounds and completed countless races, including eight marathons, with a personal best of 3:21:07 at the Chicago Marathon. He expanded into triathlons in 2013 and has since completed numerous Olympic-distance events, along with at least six 70.3 races, achieving a personal best of 5:11:26.

Since 2016, he has competed in the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships, earning qualification for Team USA in both 2024 and 2025. For the past decade, he has also represented Team Mexico at the World Triathlon Age Group World Championships.

In 2024, he qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship with a second-place age group finish at Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast, and went on to compete at the World Championship in Taupō that December. In 2025, he focused on completing his first and only full-distance triathlon, racing at Challenge Roth in July and finishing in 12:28, placing 10th in his age group.
