Tri Club Summer Group Training Schedule

The following group workout schedule runs from April 1, 2019 – September 30, 2019:

Monday Group Ride 6:45pm 7:00pm Central Park Typically 15-18 miles in Central Park which may include drills, hills and intervals
Tuesday Core + 4 6:45pm 7:00pm Central Park 20 min core workout + ~4 mile group run
Thursday Group Run 6:45pm 7:00pm Central Park Speedwork, Hills, Intervals
Saturday Group Ride 7:45am 8:00am 72nd &
Riverside Drive
Long Ride (over GWB), Distance Varies
Ambassador Lead Rides take place twice a month.
