Empire Tri Club Group Training Schedule

We have adapted our group training schedule to offer both in-person and virtual group workouts, adhering to COVID19 safety guidelines and local regulations. In addition to the below schedule, we host a plethora of events including guest speakers, posted DIY workouts, virtual races, team challenges, a recipe exchange, cooking class, book club and more.  Additional in-person and virtual workouts and events will be added to the calendar as soon as its safe and recommended to do so.

Fall / Winter 2020 Tri Club Training Schedule (updated 11/20/20)

Monday Virtual Group Ride 5:15pm Zwift Empire Tri Club coach-lead group ride on the cycling app Zwift.
Tuesday Strength Training 6:30pm Delacorte Theater, Central Park No-Equipment necessary live group strength.
Thursday Group Run 6:30pm Columbus Circle, Central Park Empire Tri Club coach-lead group run.
