Our training program includes:
- Free TrainingPeaks account where you can access your training plan, log your workouts and track progress
- A half marathon training plan custom built by one of Empire Tri Club’s coaches (including suggested bike, run, yoga, and cross-training workouts for non-run days)
- Access to GroupSpot – exclusive team app for athletes and coaches to share training stories and questions, organize virtual and in-person meet ups, etc.
- Weekly training tips, articles & motivation from Empire Coaches
- Weekly coach-lead team runs: Thursdays @ 6:30pm at Columbus Circle
- Opportunity to participate in an in-person or virtual half marathon at the end of the program
- Virtual finisher badge & bragging rights
