Empire Tri Club hosts a weekly strength training class via Zoom every Tuesday morning at 7am.
The class typically includes a mix of cardio and strength training, with a focus on mobility, flexibility, strength and raising your heart rate. These workouts vary weekly and little to no equipment is used. Some workouts may suggest “optional equipment” (such as a bench or chair, dumbbells, medicine ball, etc. and alternative suggestions are offered for athletes who do not have these items available – ie. you can use a bag of dog food instead of a medicine ball). Modifications are always offered for athletes who do not have any available equipment.
Athletes can pay a drop in fee to attend this class or join the club for access to ALL live classes (and recordings of all past classes). Once you sign up for the class or membership, you will be sent Zoom log in details to attend and a recording of each class you attend.
