2023 Florida Swim Camp

Let’s admit it – we could all use a little swim instruction to help us become more efficient, smoother, and save a little time in our next race.

Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming triathlon or simply want to improve your swimming, this immersive 3-day experience will help you gain comfort, confidence and skills in the ocean and pool!   Athletes will receive a lot of personalized instruction and individual tips and drills.   Pool sessions will be held at the beautiful and newly-renovated Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center, utilizing 50m and 25y lanes.  We will be conducting our open water swims on Fort Lauderdale Beach (across the street from the pool)!  The pool is also next door to the International Swimming Hall of Fame Museum.  There are plenty of hotels, AirBNB’s and restaurants at various price points within walking distance of the pool and beach, and our camp is just 20 min from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. Trip includes 3-days (10-12 hours) of swim instruction including pool, open water and classroom.  There will be time between sessions for athletes to relax, shop or squeeze in a run!   We recommend arriving by mid-day Friday and staying until Sunday evening to take full advantage of the camp. First swim session is on Friday at 4pm and last swim session ends at 1pm on Sunday.
